Chestnut Parlor offers 1,100 sq ft at ground level with floor-to-ceiling glass walls that welcome walkers, bikers and drivers alike. A portable 9ft photo backdrop is located in the back of the space, nearby to a dressing room and bathroom. An open basement allows for inventory storage or potentially a speakeasy room. Various curtain options for lighting and privacy make this space truly versatile. Bring in anything you wish to make it your own. The host will not be present during your reservation, but will be available by telephone and able to return to the space if needed. 🜂 Check-Out The host will be on site at your check out time to do a final walkthrough. Please communicate at least one hour in advance if you need more time. Late fees will incur if you are not out at agreed upon time. 🜃 Cleaning Fee There is a cleaning fee of $120. This includes garbage removal. 🜄 About Us We provide boutique event venues for intimate gatherings. Our spaces have also been a successful backdrop for countless photoshoots and films.
