Our trained chefs have full control of the pillow-y, fresh dough and molds each pizza into a crisp and airy base to top with only the freshest, organic ingredients imported from Italy. Once prepared, you can watch through our floor-to-ceiling windows as each pizza cooks in the brick oven, handcrafted in Naples, aboard the truck.
